Which program is best for use with Guildwars and which website can I download it from?

That is actually a good question. The two dominant voice chat programs that are used for gaming seem to be

Teamspeak
Ventrilo

I added the links to the respective websites. If you are not sure what to download, you are looking to get the respective client.

It depends on what the Guild uses too.

Some swear by teamspeak, some by Ventrilo.

You'll just use what the guild likes :\
